Uniolprodukter AB uses secure bank card payment with DIBS Payment Services & with 3D-Secure technology that was developed by VISA & Mastercard and aims to identify the cardholder when purchasing online. The identification process is similar to that used for ATM withdrawals & based on a PIN/password used in connection with the purchase. With this technology receives the selling firm risk reduction and the cardholder can be assured that his cards are not used by unauthorized person.

How to shop!

1. Find product.
a. Use the menus.
Select product category from the menu on the left and click your way down the structure. Everywhere where the goods presented are buttons for "Read more" or "Buy". Click on "Read more" to learn more about the product and "Buy" to order it.

b. Use the search function.
You can also find a product by entering a keyword in the search field top right of the page and then click "Search". You can search the article, article title and description. You do not need to write the entire keyword, if you are not sure it's enough to write part of a keyword.

2. Place the product in the shopping cart.
After clicking the "Add" places product automatically in your shopping cart. Shopping cart will always appear at the top right of the page above the search box. If you want to chang an order, you can always click on "Edit" then will come up a page with information about products in the checkout, if you want to remove an article, click on the square with a cross in to the right of the product in the shopping cart, efter you can click on the "Recalculate" to change the quantity. If you order often the same product you can click on "Add to Shopping List", also if you would like to add something to your order at a later time, you can use this shopping list.

3. Checkout.
Are you satisfied and want to send your order click "Checkout". To send your order, you need to be registered as a customer for us.

a. Log.
Are you already a customer of Uniolprodukter AB log simply made by e-mail address and password. Forgot your password, enter your e-mail address and click on "Forgot password" so sends your password again to the specified e-mail address. You can change your password or other customer data in the shop when you are logged in "My Pages" then go to "My account". You can also find what you have ordered previously in "Order History" and here can you log out if you press "Sign Out"

b. Register as a new customer.
If you are not a registered customer in the shop, click on "Sign up as a new customer" and fill in the information requested. Once you have done this a customer account is automatically created and you can simply continue to shop, change your customer information or go to the checkout.

4. Confirm purchase.
In the checkout, you can change shipping address. You can label the product or send a comment to us at Uniolprodukter AB. Then select the payment option and click "Continue", is everything ok go to "Confirm entered information" to implement the order. You can also go back and change this if you want by clicking on "Back and change". When you then have confirmed your purchase, you get an order confirmation, it's sends automatically to your registered e-mail address.
