Terms and Conditions Uniolprodukter AB.
These conditions of sale apply to them if Swedish or other appropriate law to not provide conditions that are in conflict with same. For residential customers applies consumer purchase law and distance contract law, and for companies purchase law.
Order conditions
All orders come via Internet, telephone or via fax +46 (0) 500421241. If the customer below 18 years guardian permission must be obtained by the customer before the purchase is done. Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or in any other way that Uniolprodukter AB suffer economic or other damage, will be reported to the police.
Prices
All prices listed on our site is excl. VAT. Shipping cost adds to all orders, according to the cost of the selected delivery way. Uniolprodukter AB does not advise about price changes in the market for currently major currency changes, thats why price adjustments may occur.
Payment Terms
Companies, municipalities and state institutions can act against a 20-day invoice for approved credit review. The credit assessment is made at the order receipt and if not approved, contact Uniolprodukter AB s for other payment options. When paying with invoice invoice fee of 30 kr adds. Other payment options are pay-/creditcard.
Delivery times
Products included in Uniolprodukter AB range on the website can normally be delivered within 2-8 days, subject to any final sales. If delivery is delayed in such a way that the customer does not wish the delivery of orders, it's at the buyer's responsibility that orders are canceled in accordance with these terms of purchase before the delivery of orders occurs. Shipment of orders is only made upon customer's request and entails additional shipping cost for the customer.
Deliveries
All deliveries of saw blade with a weight under 2 kg is made by mail, additional weight and other goods sent exclusively with DHL, and charged under this shipper's current price list under the base that provides shippers. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given to Uniolprodukter AB is correct, and that the buyer after the Uniolprodukter AB sent order to follow up the delivery of the shipper, and ensures that the supply is removed / received on the collection site within a reasonable time from the dispatch, usually nine (9) days from dispatch. Transport / Transport Damage
NOTE! Never sign on the consignment-note until you check that product and the package are completely! Responsibility is customers as soon as the consignment-note is signed!
With transport damage, notification shall be made to both the carrier and to Uniolprodukter AB. Notification must be made immediately, but latest within 4 days of receipt. If the package is damaged, you must wirte this together with the shipper on the consignment-note. Describe the injury and ask the shipper to sign. Save the package so that damaged goods can be inspected. In most cases also needed images to verify the damage.
Order Confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of ordering. Order number on the confirmation should always be provided when you contact us regarding your order.
Amendment of orders
The customer can amend orders free of charge before orders are sent. With the change of product in the order, the price is current at the time of the change. Note that the orders which are already delivered can not be changed.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is made without cost to the customer until the time the order is sent. Cancellation after the order is sent is impossible. You as a customer is required to receive the shipment. Cancellation is not valid until confirmation received from Uniolprodukter AB.
Not picked up package
If the package is not picked up, the customer will be charged carriage return, cash on delivery fee and the handling cost 100 kr. Added to that a fee for administration of 10% of commodity value, but not less than 300 kr excluding VAT (375kr VAT included). This fee shall cover the costs we incurred in connection with the processing of orders.
Distance Contracts Act
As a private individual, you have under Distance Contracts Act, right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days but not less than 7 working days from receipt. Complaints
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time of the error detected. Normally within 7 days after arrivals. When the complaint is made after the warranty period has expired, the byuer must show that the error was noted already at the time of delivery.
Returns
In all cases when the product was returned to us, we previously have provided the customer with a return number. It is the customer's responsibility to request a return number, and to ensure that the product is packaged according to our recommendations, and that the mailing clearly marked with the return number. Private client can request that we should pay shipping from the customer to us. This can be done only after the customer received the returned number. Compensation for the shipping cost can not be claimed retrospectively, for administrative reasons. In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, missed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which was not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and the pledges by Uniolprodukter AB, which makes Uniolprodukter AB not keeping that agreement / pledge, should constitute basis to Uniolprodukter AB released from its obligations to fulfill those agreements.
